1 1/2 teaspoon StarCatcher TASTE OF TUSCANY blend
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp. water
3/4 cup extra virgin first press olive oil
2 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 large chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Mix ingredients. Place in a jar and shake well.
Place steaks in a ziplock bag. Pour in marinade and lock bag.
Move steaks around to coat with marinade. Place in a bowl and refrigerate 2-6 hours ( a longer marinating time may create mushy steaks).
Cook steak as desired (grill, stovetop, oven).
NOTE: Marinade can be made ahead and kept in jar with a tight lid in the regrigerator for up to 3 days.
