GREEN BEANS, POTATOES & BACON
INGREDIENTS
½ lb. bacon (cooked crispy, drained, & broken into bacon bits)
1 lb. red potatoes, diced 1/2 in.
2 tbsp. butter (unsalted)
1 lb. fresh green beans, trimmed
1 ¼ cup red onion, chopped
½ cup chicken or vegetable broth
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. StarCatcher GARLIC & HERB blend
salt (optional)
Melt butter in skillet. Add onion and garlic. Cook until translucent.
Add green beans, potatoes, broth, StarCatcher GARLIC & HERB blend, and salt (optional) to taste.
Simmer covered (approximately 12 to 15 minutes.)
Add bacon and simmer an additional 2 minutes or until everything is tender.
This is a tasty side that goes with just about everything!
